Tour of Coastal Parks of Key Biscayne and Urban Parks of Greater Miami 

Dear David,

Now that the AIA Convention is over and I am back in my office reviewing my notes and reflecting on my experiences, I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for what was a truly delightful tour.  What I thought would be a typical volunteer docent led visit to several urban parks turned into a well researched excursion of the city.   The fact that you included items that specifically interested me (such as buildings, their architects, dates, and related anecdotes) along with in depth information about the urban parks themselves was an extremely pleasant surprise.

Over the past twenty years of my practice I have attended many AIA Convention tours  and I must say that your tour ranks as one of my favorites.  It is always delightful to happen upon a surprise, especially one that resonates on both a professional and personal level.    You certainly turned what typically can be a mundane business required experience into interesting and fun educational diversion and for that I say, “Thank You!”
