Downtown Miami is vibrant and ever evolving at a very fast pace. The mouth of The Miami River is embedded with rich history from the founders Henry Flagler, Julia Tuttle and William Brickell. There is a great deal happening downtown, with new residential developments and The Adrienne Arsht Center Concert Hall and Opera House opened in 2003. Historical buildings like the Gusman Center, Ingraham Building, Dupont and Seybold Building and the Gesu Church.
